By subscribing to Console Metrics, you agree to pay all fees associated with the subscription plan you have selected. 3. Usage and Credits

Based on the subscription plan, you will be allocated a certain number of credits that can be used to generate articles. These credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits in a billing period may not roll over to the next billing period.

The content generated by Console Metrics is created using artificial intelligence and may not be accurate, correct, complete, or reliable. We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content generated by our Service. You acknowledge and agree that any use or reliance on such content is at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including but not limited to copyright, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, belong exclusively to 9523 Labs, LLC.
